Boot Camp + Nutrition Plan Works!
Like me in the beginning, you might not want to believe it's true, but give it a week and you'll love the results. I started my first boot camp in November the Monday after Thanksgiving. I was determined not to gain a single pound during the holiday season. I took it a step further - I wanted to lose weight. So I signed up for Boot Camp 3 days a week and I followed the Zig Zag nutrition plan. I lost 9 1/2 pounds in three weeks! During the holiday season!
Let me back track a little. You might think that I had been a serious couch potato before this. This was not the case. I had lost 20 pounds following Weight Watchers during the previous year(I gained 3-4 lbs back) and hit a plateau. I was working out doing cardio 4-5 times per week for 45-60 minutes. The scale wasn't budging and I was very frustrated that my efforts were not getting the results I wanted.
I continued following the nutrition plan and working out on my own while Boot camp was on hiatus. After a total of six weeks I had lost 14.5 pounds and 5% body fat. And I'm still losing. I finally discovered a plan that works and gets the results I want.
Thank you Molli and Tony!
